KINESIOLOGY STUDENT GOVERNMENT

In my role as a representative, I focus on building a stronger sense of community within the School of Kinesiology by organizing events that encourage collaboration among students across our various majors. To celebrate the end of the year, I helped plan a major field day event designed to bring our entire community together in line with the school's emphasis on the benefits of movement. I specifically volunteered to take on increased responsibility for this event, serving as the lead for food planning and inflatable activities. I was in constant contact with numerous food truck vendors to coordinate logistics and also managed our inflatable rentals, negotiating with various companies to ensure we secured exactly what we wanted at the best possible price.
Student Ambassador

As a Student Ambassador, I serve as a primary resource for prospective students and their families by sharing personal insights into our academic programs and campus life. My contact information is featured on the school website so that students can reach out to me directly. I am there to be a resource for them and answer any questions they might have to the best of my ability as they navigate the Michigan experience. My hope is to help other families have the same amazing visiting experience as I did when I was first exploring all the incredible opportunities as part of the Michigan Kinesiology community.
