GIFT OF LIFE

As the Founder and President of the Gift of Life Marrow Registry chapter at the University of Michigan, I schedule and lead donor recruitment drives while managing volunteer teams and event logistics. Through these efforts, I have added over 1,800 potential donors to the registry while educating students about stem cell donation and the impact it can have on patients battling blood cancer. I regularly reach out to other student organizations to collaborate at drives across campus and recruit volunteers, while also connecting with local businesses to explore sponsorship and long-term partnership opportunities. During our most successful drive, I led a week-long swab drive that added over 700 potential donors, bringing the University of Michigan to the number two spot among schools in the United Staes.
